You can make cheesecake filled strawberries. They have minimal creamcheese, whipped topping and sugar so theyre delicious and low calorie you could also dip the strawberry in chocolate. You can find the recipe online.6

In case you don't want to make anything after dinner, how about buying something.
My favorite go to's are Fiber One brownie (only 90 calories) and Lindt sea salt chocolate squares.
I used to buy little kids ice cream cups and add flaxmeal on top.
Something in a wrapper often keeps me from eating more than one serving.

Sugar free Jello cups (10 calories per cup) and fat free whipped cream (20 calls per 2 tbs). It's my go to when I'm low on calories. Otherwise, a serving or two of ice cream isn't too bad (140-240 per serving).6

oreo thins on top of some banana "ice cream"
dark chocolate & walnuts stuffed inside medgool dates
larabars warmed up
mug brownies

You can make this really delicious low fat low cal pie! You just need 1 sugar free jello flavor of your choice, 2 low fat flavored yogurts (also of your choice), 1 fat free whipped cream, and a reduced fat graham cracker pie crust.
I like using peach and key lime pie. Hope this helped!11 -
Protein fluff, popcorn, Edy's slow churned ice cream, greek yogurt with protein powder or powdered peanut butter, a big protein shake with whatever mix-ins you like. I personally like Arctic Zero and Halo Top ice creams, though they get poo pooed a lot here. Work some powdered peanut butter and cocoa powder in there and I'm fine.2

Frozen raspberries (or any fruit), especially on shaved ice.
Italian Ice.
Dark chocolate.
A lot of times it's nice to sip on a drink instead of eat something for desert. A nice tea with honey and lemon or a hot coaches is nice.2 -
angel food cake, strawberries, a squirt of whipped cream from a can!4

my and my boyfriend's favorite dessert right now is about a cup of fresh sliced strawberries with a squeeze of lime juice and half a stevia packet (we make 2 bowls at a time, 1 for each of us, so the packet is split between the two). run the strawberries through a blender or food processor and freeze for about an hour for a soft sorbet.
another good dessert is a sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a touch of clove. good fresh or microwaved.1 -
My go-to is Jello pudding (sugar fee, fat-free) made with unsweetened almond milk. Topped with a dollop of lite cool whip. A teaspoon of granola on top if you want a little crunch. I will also make a shake with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 Tbsp. PB powder, 1 Tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. carob powder. Add some ice and blend till smooth. About 170 cal. Yum.3

I have been eating Arctic Freeze "ice cream" - it's 35 calories a serving, and it's the perfect something cold and sweet after a meal. I also second the suggestion to do Lindt chocolate and have 1-2 pieces.1

Many times I eat chocolate or peanut butter granola bars, there's also mock ice cream which is frozen fruit blended with a little almond milk and sometimes protein powder. Also fruit with Splenda is great.0

Arctic Zero is not bad but you absolutely have to let it warm up or microwave it or it just tastes like chocolate water Mini cheesecakes (I don't measure but...) ~4oz Cream cheese, 4oz greek yogurt (plain or flavored is fine) 1 egg, 1/8 cup sugar, 1tsp vanilla, 6 butter cookies or crushed graham crackers. whip all ingredients besides last one together, put in muffin tin with either a cookie in the bottom of a wrapper or crushed graham cracker crust, fill wrappers, bake voila! maybe 150 calories a piece1

Blend up silken tofu, cocoa powder and some maple syrup (as little as you can to still make it sweet enough for you). Sounds really weird, but it is a delicious chocolate mousse with no artificial sweeteners. You can also blend in food processor with melted chocolate chips and the maple syrup, but that's more calories than the cocoa powder. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Also really good in a graham pie crust (but too many calories) or with graham crackers crushed in. This recipe is derived from a pie recipe a friend gave me years ago from the moosewood cookbooks.0

I've not read all replies so sorry if i repeat: , thekitchn.com/how-to-make-creamy-ice-cream-with-just-one-ingredient-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-93414, you can add yoghurt, pb etc to give it more/different texture flavour, greek yoghurt and tablespoon of honey/agave/syrup, or thekitchn.com/how-to-make-2-ingredient-banana-pancakes-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-218658, I also just have 1 or 2 marshmallows, apple and pb, apple and cheese, a piece or two of dried mango, a square of normal jelly/jello anything small to take the 'need' away. The other option is to cut out having desserts, they're really not needed.
I used to be a right pudding monster, but now i find a glug of milk, a cold 0-cal juice or pb straight from the jar (meridian crunchy pb) usually sates the need and if it doesn't then one of the above will sort me out.0 -
Meringue cookies!
Ingredients are sugar, egg white, and lemon juice. Find a recipe online and follow it. They're light as air and you can eat a bunch for few calories. If you don't care if they're pretty or uniform, they also whip up fast (not including the baking time... but that's just waiting, not effort haha).2 -
Rice cake, with a little peanut butter and a few cranberries on top!...or low carb vanilla ice cream, also you can add fresh strawberries (cut strawberries 1st and add a packet of splenda or stevia to let the strawberries realease the natural juices/sweetness and after 3-5 min mix it with the ice cream) that is a way to turn your vanilla ice cream into strawberry ice cream. OR You can add coffee, but you'll have to mix it and then freeze it again end result is coffee flavor ice cream or milk shake. There are many options with vanilla ice cream!!!0

Okay, this is my favorite desert/breakfast/lunch (it's versatile). And it's easy to have in the cupboard/freezer with very little preparation.
Get a tin of pie apples (Stewed apples in the tin) - My portion is 200g
Add cinnamon - Just a small sprinkle
Heat in microwave
Add a tablespoon or two of toasted muesli/oats - My portion is 15g
Voila, low calorie apple crumble. With the brand/amount I use it's 147 calories!
Also, any leftover apples can be frozen and the muesli is probably already in your cupboard.2 -
These aren't recipes but they are my "go to" foods for a sweet tooth. English muffin or whole grain toast with drizzled honey. Lightly salted rice cake drizzled with honey (taste like Honey Smacks cereal). Protein and Fiber One bars (these bars really had kept my sweet cravings in check during my entire weight loss.) As for a baked dessert, I had made boxed brownies one time and used yogurt. I remember those having low numbers or I cut the serving sizes small, I cannot remember. lol0

1 egg
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you want your cake)
1 standard-sized mug
In mug, crack egg, add powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk together with a small whisk until well mixed. Microwave for 50-60 seconds, until the cake is cooked through (but not overcooked!). I like to put some mini chocolate chips on top too.1 -
2 of my current faves.
Cocoa Berry Pops
1 cup milk (I used 2%)
1 scoop protein powder (i have vanilla)
4 tablespoons dark chocolate hot cocoa mix
4 large strawberries
Slice the strawberries and divide among your popsicle molds.
Blend the milk, protein powder and cocoa mix until smooth
Pour into molds and freeze! (I have an 8 count mold, so mine came out for 61 calories each)
Cottage Cheesecake
1 16oz container of cottage cheese (I used full fat but any would work)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cartons of sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth add in the vanilla and lemon.
Pour into a mixing bowl and add pudding mixes. Use electric hand mixer to incorporate.
I put it in foil cupcake liners and set in the fridge, but you could put in ramekins or just keep it in the bowl and serve from there.
These made about 12 cups and were 56 calories each.

I use wishbones light parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing. It has 60 calories for 2 tablespoons.0

1) Popcorn
2) Jello
3) Frozen greek yogurt, although any frozen yogurt will do. You can top it with Hershey's sugar free syrup.
4) Watermelon (seriously low cal)
