I'd be very interested in this! At the moment I'm breaking down my weight-loss in to manageable chunks by participating in 20lbs in 10 Weeks challenges, but it would be great to have an end date in sight.

Hi All, I would appreciate an invite as this is the kind of rate I am looking be losing weight at.

(1) Consumption, Tracking my calories on MFP
(2) Intermitten Fasting, Staying under 600 calories twice a week
(3) Exercise, Restarted C25K and walking 10,000 steps a day

Hi, I'd like to join the group. I'm only looking to shed 40 however 60 is better. I'm not sure how this works; I'm new to this so if someone could give me some insight I'd appreciate it.

I just went back through my notifications and my invite said: Please join my group (group was a blue hyperlink that if you click on it will take you to the group and join). I hope that helps some. I did have to dig through my notifications to find it though.0 -

I'm totally in! I would love to lose sixty pounds by January, but I would be happy with 40. I'm at 203 right now and I plan to get down to that weight by eating mostly paleo - my goal is really 150 but we'll see WHEN I get there.
