Just wanted to create a continued challenge from 20 lbs by July 4, which was started by @jackieudden212. This challenge will help you break your weight-loss in to manageable chunks over a 10 week period. The start date for this challenge is Monday, 4th July and it will end on Monday, 12th September.

This is a perfect challenge for me. I’m 19lbs away from losing a total of 100lbs, so 10 good weeks of dieting and exercise should allow me to reach my first major goal. Good luck everyone.

per trendweight, If I (continue to) lose 1.4 lbs/week of total weight, I can reach goal around September 19, 2016. I need to increase my exercise, b/c I like to eat
