    Hi y'all, I'm 145.7 pounds and 5'4 as well so glad to find people with a similar goal! I've been doing some research and I found that for myself 120 isn't a realistic goal because with the way my body is proportioned and the amount of muscle I have, I wouldn't like how I look at 120! Just some insight or something just to look at! I'm not readjusting my goal just because of the calorie intake it suggests helps me keep on track. For all I know 120 would be reasonable for me, my plan is to stay on track but see how I look and feel with the weight I'm losing as I go! Good luck everybody!

    I'm 5'2'' and I started at 145lbs after having my daughter 6 months ago and have dropped to 120lbs (pre-baby I was 127lbs). If you are determined it is possible! Good luck to everyone!

    My tips: water, water, water; activity monitor/tracker or pedometer, I didn't realize just how little I was moving; and having a food scale is great bc a lot of times the portion sizes of "12 pieces(whatever)" are off.

    Hi! Feel free to add me as well! I'm 5'4" and went down from 173 to 119 but recently I have been around 125 so I am trying to tighten up my eating and lose a few more pounds.

    I'm 5'4", 138. I have been as high as 180. I cut from 163 to 128 using MFP, then purposely gained back to 144 (for the muscles), and now am trying to cut back down again. 133 is probably the lowest I will go. I'm very tempted to stop trying lose though because I'm just failing at it.
