    Successes/struggles this week: Water weight and plateaus are a real issue. Don't know how to fix it as my health isn't playing nicely atm.

    School holidays this week in Australia and I have found little time to squeeze in purposeful exercise, however feel like I am more active keeping up with my Son. I thought I would struggle with a few family gatherings as they are always centred around food but I was pleasantly surprised that my calories consumed were reasonable :)

    I really need to make better food choices. And increase my gym time to 5x a week or more out door activies. But I did finally break the stall I was have for awhile. It wasn't much but in my book every little bit counts.

    Successes/struggles this week: Posting late due to being out of town, but I stayed exactly the same as I still weighed in on the 8th :( This weekend was tough since I was out of town for a family party. Today was not pretty on the scale, but not too bad. I think I'll be able to get back down to 128 and then some before the next weight in. It's going to get really tough after that because we're on vacation for a week :( I'll still be working out some, but the eating with be a little different from my normal meals.
