New to MFP

Hi, I'm I Use Crayons.

I am new to MFP but not the health and fitness. My doctor told me two years ago I had the terrible twos and I needed to fix it or go on meds.

My Cholesterol was too high
My Blood Sugar was too high
The Scale was too high

That day I started walking on the treadmill. Which led to running. Which led to racing!
I'm not fast, but I enjoy it!!

I've lost 20 pounds and dropped my cholesterol 43 points with diet and exercise alone.
I'm really loving the Iphone App and hope to make new fitness friends!
