What was/is for breakfast?

            Rye bread with almond butter, topped with banana, cinnamon and a little honey0

            1 egg 2 slices fat free kraft singles and a whole wheat sourdough English muffin. Added about a tbs of ketchup and made a sandwich. According to MFP it is 252 calories. I'll have another in like 3 hrs.0
 - 
            * 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup fat-free black cherry greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, blended together
* 1/2 cup red grapes
* 1 homemade breakfast burrito [1 egg, 1/2 sausage patty, sauteed peppers and onions and a bit of mexican cheese]
* 8 oz white grape peach juice
I tend to make breakfast my biggest meal, as the body's been without food for 8-10 hours.0 -

            Two jumbo eggs scrambled, with tomato and 2 jalapeno peppers0

            Forgot my yogurt, so bought at work. Got an egg with bacon and tomato on wheat toast. Total treat and tasty AF.0

            During the week, I just drink coffee but I ususally also eat a late morning snack of Greek yogurt, a piece or two of fruit, and some cheese. On the weekends I eat 4-6 egg omelettes and often with additional egg whites and cheese.0

            A vanilla Premier Protein shake mixed with a cup of coffee, on ice.0

            Homemade ham, egg, and swiss crepe. And lots of black coffee.0

            Blackbeans with cumin & cheese broiled in the oven, topped with salsa and served with soft corn tortillas and sliced salted/peppered tomato

            Coffee with 1/2 and 1/2, 6oz sheeps milk yogurt and 27g coconut and chia granola with 1/2T fiber syrup to sweeten0

            Coco pops with semi skimmed milk and then a strawberry yoghurt.0

            4 rashers of smoked bacon, 3 fried eggs, fried kale and mature cheddar cheese all fried in coconut oil and two coffees with cream.0

            Last 3 days - low carb wrap with one egg, a slice of 2% American cheese, and 2 slices of pork roll.1

            1 c. corn Chex, 3/4 c. Fairlife skim milk, and a diet Coke. Breakfast of former champions.0
