This recipe hit the spot so hard I cant even right now... For the base only:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
8g unsweetened cocoa powder
150g egg whites
150g pumpkin puree
Sweetener (optional) I used 2 packets of splenda
Pinch of baking powder
Mix it all together and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven
Play around with additional add ins and toppings. Chocolate chips, fruit, yogurt, nuts, sprinkles, anything goes!
Macros for cookie only:
257 calories, 4f, 21c, 41p
I topped mine with 20g of nuts n more cookie butter, 30g non fat whipped cream and waldenfarms chocolate syrup and it came to 410 calories, 32c, 11f, 48p
Seriously SO good and so easy!

I need some scale to decide if 410 cal is worth it. It looks big, and my mouth is watering, so please let that photo be of a HUGE plate0

Its pretty much the size of a dinner plate and quite puffy. Without the toppings its only 260, so you can chose lighter options than I did if you dont wanna use that many0 -
That looks tasty. Thanks for sharing!0

This looks pretty amazing but would use up 40% of my carbs for the day LOL!
I have heard references to cookie butter but I didn't know what it is. So I looked it up - OMG! :
"Cookie butter (Danish: Trøffel-masse) is a food paste made primarily from Speculoos cookies crumbs; fat such as vegetable oil, condensed milk or butter; flour and sugar. The ingredients are mixed until it becomes spreadable like nut butter."0
