I love zero carb isopure. Cookies & cream & banana1

I get EAS Whey + Casein vanilla blend. It has a very light vanilla flavor [not as overpowering as Body Fortress's vanilla whey] and mixes well with an orange flavor enhancer I get. It makes for a nice orange creamcicle flavored protein shake [post-workout, 2 scoops whey, 16 oz water, 1 squeeze orange water enhancer].0

I always whip up my own. Nonfat milk, banana, strawberries and some vanilla whey protein. I munch on some veggies along with. Just need to use my teeth or I feel like they will fall out. Weird.0

For breakfast, I drink a combo of 2 scoops GNC Soy Protein powder w/2 cups Costco Organic Soy Milk, 2-4 whole eggs, 2 tbsp ground flax seeds and a banana.
This provides 80-92 gms of protein in 760-900 cals. Can just eat 2 normal carb dominant meals in the 600-700 cal range for lunch and dinner w/o worrying about the need for additional protein intake the rest of the day.
Daily intake is right at my TDEE of about 2100 cals w/macros at between 33 1/3 across the board and 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat which is where I want it. Keeps me in maintenance at 170-175 lbs.0 -
I picked up some Muscletech today, cheap balk bags at Sams Club. I do two scoops, a cup of water, and a cup of frozen bananas. It's more like a milkshake.0
