I've lost 67 pounds by being consistent in my calorie count and walking every day. It was very hard to get started though.

    Sharon, thanks so much, Aussie girl! It took me several years to get motivated then three months changing my ways - I only lost four pounds but it set me up for success. It's all consistency.

    Derek, that's the key. Don't sweat a bad day or even a bad week. Stay steady and you can always bounce back.
