I have lost over 170lbs in the past two years, and have recently leveled off. Trying to get to that last 60 lbs and thought to get serious and get back to tracking food and workouts to see if that will help. Also making short term goals, like getting under 35 BMI in a month, at 36.6 now.2

I have over 200lbs to lose, but my first goal is getting down to 200lbs, which is about 165lbs away. I would love to have some support too. That deficit is too low. Unless you are under close medical supervision, please eat more. My Fitness Pal recommends a minimum of 1200 calories per person per day. Less is considered unsafe.0 -
