Id love to join! Cw is 173 and i am a very enotional eater! I lose control very easily. I eat when im happy, sad, mad, etc. Also i suffer from anxiety disorder. My gw is 125. I know thats not 60 lbs but its close enough! I need all the help i can get.0

Caught sight of my belly when I was out shopping and it still looks as huge as ever
Next Week
(1) Put together a post to detail exactly how I am intending to achieve this weigh loss, while I am happy with my loss thus far the rules have been changing each day and I need a set of guidelines I can hold myself account able to (Failed to do this this week)
(2) I need to exercise more, I'm really struggling to restart C25K not through my level of fitness but through laziness and my lap of application (Failed to do this this week)

I'm in too, we should give each other tips!! Drink lots of water, go for walks, take the stairs, lift some weights, lol just get your body moving! Also be mindful of what your eating, and try to eat proportion sizes. You can have a cheat day but don't over do it! anyone else have any good tips? if your not comfortable working out in the gym you can watch workout videos on youtube and do them at home, or even go buy a workout video to do, Jillian michaels workout videos are awesome, lol she will push you to keep going!

Can I please join? I actually start a biggest loser competition with some friends last Tuesday so I've been keeping track this past week. I've already lost 9.3 pounds in one week so I'm rearing to go! I've got a ton to lose so I'm excited!!

I have lost 60 lbs in past 8 months. I did it using MFP and exercising first thing in morning before I did anything else. I started at 248 and now am at 181, My eventual goal is 160. I was walking every where all the time, when ever I could. Specifically I walked 1 mile at first and then 2 miles on treadmill or at mall.
I used MFP for caloric logging and my calorie goal was 1800, and is currently 1500.4 -
I didn't do good over the weekend. I didnt log all my calories so im hoping to start today off better and stick to my 1200 caloroe goal. I also hope to stay on track with doing the elliptical for 30 min everyday. I get off track so easy0

I would like to join the challenge. I'm beginning a "protein fast" today to get a jumpstart for the next day or so. Could really use the support and am willing to support others, too!0
