    @lorrikooten - is there a group made up for this challenge or do we just check in on this thread weekly?

    HW: 240+ (11/11/2015 - Pregnant)
    SW: 210 (12/23/2013 - 6 weeks post partum/post c-section)
    UGW: 135

    Goals for this week:
    10,000 steps at least 5 of 7 days
    Stay at/under calorie goal every day

    @tiffanylacourse I can make a group if everyone thinks that would be better. I don't want anyone to be confused on where to log their weekly weigh-ins.

    I'm in. I've been avoiding this app for too long because I get obsessive but I think a little obsession and motivation might be just what I need this time.

    June 27 SW 176.4
    Goal weight 146.4

    Goals this week:
    Bed by 10pm
    Drink at least 3 water bottles per day (20oz each). I realize this is still not enough.
    2 shakes, 1 meal, 2-3 snacks a day. Total under 2000 cal.
    Exercise daily (even if it's just a walk).

    I would love to join this challenge. Several years ago, I lost down to my goal weight of 165 pounds. I had neck surgery, 1 - 7 fused, and a bad relationship, and here I am again. So I am back on track now and ready to do this!!! I bought a Fitbit and found MFP, so I have all of the tools to do it. Let's do this!!

    Is it too late to join? I need to lose 40 by December but even if I lose 30 by January I will be happy. I lost 50 pounds from 2011-2012 and kept it all off until last year :-(

    I need to lose the same weight again.

    I'm ready to join as well. I lost 30lbs prior to having my son and gained it all back. He's a year old so there's no excuses anymore. I am dedicating 30min to excercise a day 5x a week. Clean eating. No soda.
