I have a bit of lower back soreness a few hours after I did bent over rows. I recorded myself and my form seems fine. I'm just starting stronglifts, could this soreness be due to me just starting out? My form: knees are a little bent, my back is neutral and strsight.

you need someone live to help you with your form. Or maybe you need a stronger core.

FWIW, if you get any lower back soreness doing rows, you probably are not doing the lift correctly because there is NOT supposed to be any lower back movement while doing rows.
