VIXEN'S~ 8-8-11 Challenge :)

OK, so I really want to do a Labor Day challenge, but I know that we lose a LOT of people on long ones! So I decided to split the difference. :) AND it makes a cool date! 8-8-11 ;)
I hope this works for everybody.
Its a 4 week challange.
Please post your current weight and your goal weight for 8-8-11. Then check in as often as you would like.

My start weight is 193 and since I didn't get to my goal for the 4th, I'll try again for 189.

    Count me in again! I will try to be a bit more realistic and say 8 lbs. I'm at 150 and my GW for 8/8 is 142.

    Okay so my starting weight is 220.5 and my goal weight for 8-8-2011 is 210. Let's see if I do better in this challenge, I have no excuse, the last 2 challenges I was sick, now I am feeling great.

    my starting weight is 166, up a pound, IDK how! :( I just want to get out the 160s once and for all so my goal weight is 159.8. I'm gonna bust my hump everyday because I really want the efforts in the gym to reflect on the scale!

    Made my july 4th challenge then gained a pound.. So starting weight 274, goal weight 268. I wanna break that barrier!

    I'm adding riding my bike with the kids too, along with my running.

    Groovy! My workout buddy and I are going to add rowing machine/ upper body lifting/ core training to our non-run days! :)

    I upped my exercise time, it was 1 hour a week for June, now it's 1h30 a week for July and in August I am making it to 2h00 a week of exercise. So far so good. :bigsmile: Actually incredible, thinking that when I started I could hardly walk, now I do intervals of running and walking.
