Yes I became serious about my journey around that time and I work out 5 days a week .. I don't miss a beat unless I'm sick I have lupus so
To start getting healthy was my only option2 -

Great progress! My main question for you is how has getting more physically fit affected your lupus? I don't have it but my cousin, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law do...not to mention someone reading this might and need an idea of what fitness can possibly do for it.0
