Today was the first time I've ran in heat like this. I sweat through every article of clothing I wore, but I still did the run.15

I usually take a walk at lunch or in the am. Today it will be about 97 with high humidity and already 80 degrees out at 6am. So I noticed half of my yard was in shade and though it was boring I walked the shady part for a half an hour. Would have never done that 4 months ago.14

I fit in my shorts from 2 years ago! They didn't fit 2 months ago.18

Booked a beach vacation today. I am not dreading it!13

I'm on the last loop of a belt that did not fit AT ALL in October!!14
-
My size 12 skinny jeans fit today with no overhang!!17

Not exactly a win, but I have preplanned my food order for lunch with a friend today. Before, I'd just show up at the café and eat whatever.18
-
I jogged 3 minutes without being too winded. It is so small a thing but I felt so proud.18

I have already posted this elsewhere, but I'm SO freaking happy about it I want to share everywhere!
Yesterday was my final dress fitting for my wedding in three weeks (today!). The left is November 2015, the right was yesterday. The dress had to be taken in by four inches at the waist!
Congrats two different people in those two pictures2 -
I still walked 5 miles even though the thermometer reads 104 degrees.15

I've been reading this thread for weeks! Everyone who posts is so inspirational! I guess I have to post myself. I finished 30DS yesterday. I never thought I'd make it through level 1. Then today I did both level 1 and level 2 in a row. Felt amazing!15

my pants fell down when i took my dog outside the other day. luckily, it was 1 am and nobody was there to notice.

Last day of this phase of my lifting program so I pushed myself--and finally hit 100 lbs on my deadlift. Up from 30 3.5 months ago!
On Wednesday night I actually got hit on for the first time in maybe a decade. At the gym by some dude 10 years younger than me made my night.14 -
This may seem like an odd victory, but here goes.
I've been battling some unhealthy bingeing behaviour and this week I have twice managed to not go into a full scale binge, but stop myself eating at merely 'really quite stuffed' (both times ending the day 300-500 kcals above maintenance) rather than the 'I feel ill now from all the food' (1000, 2000 or more above maintenance) I've experienced other times.30 -
I didn't have to take a break after tying my first shoe32

I finally weigh less than my son! Woot woot!!25

You look beautiful! Congratulations0 -
Bought 3 new bras today for less than $25 each. All 40D, down from 44D. They barely do up but I bought them that way on purpose so they would fit longer lol.
Also got new pjs, size X. Not 1x, just X, equivalent to a 14/16. They are snug but stretchy and comfy. I got ones with a drawstring so they would fit longer. My 3x pjs are kinda falling off me...18 -
My roommate noted this week that I look much trimmer, and I have noticed that my muffin top is looking less "muffin-ey."17

I finally broke my previous high steps for the day:
Old high: 26,000 steps
Yesterday: 40,000 steps
I took my daughter to the Vans Warped Tour. We got through the gates at 9:30 AM and the last band played at 8:30 PM. I had absolutely nothing to do for all of those hours. I decided to walk and decided that it was time to break my high steps. I don't think I'll ever be able to break my new high; when will I ever have another day with that many hours with nothing to do?22 -

Getting a glimpse of myself in the mirror after my shower, and for the first time EVER actually being impressed, and thinking I almost look like I used to!!13

Rode my bicycle 50.8 miles yesterday, first trek over 50 miles in several years. Plan on working up to 80-100 miles at least once a week so I can make the Homestead Trail (about an 84 mile round trip for me) a regular thing this fall when it reopens.16

I just finished the BETA phase from Focus T25!! I seriously didn't think I would make it this far when I first started. I guess what they say it's true: If you want it BAD enough you will finish!
I can't tell you enough how much I love this thread, thank you OP!
Now moving on to GAMMA woooohooo!9 -
Yep - I agree with the previous poster - really love this thread. Read it every day!7

Today my 10 mile run was because I CAN run that far and not because I HAVE to in order to avoid fatness.20

Thank you both so much! I have MFP to majorly thank for finally knuckling down and getting this journey underway!6 -
Finished my first meal prep last night. Sometimes after work I don't feel like cooking anymore, this should help with not eating crap instead.12

I measured myself last night and found I had lost 9 inches off my stomach from the last time I measured myself, which was quite a while ago.20

I love this! I went sleeveless today for the first time since childhood and also no F's given! This is huge for me.13
