I tried using Myfitnesspal regularly, but didn’t stick with it.
    - so why are you posting here? :|

I still have goals. Just because I hit my goal weight, it doesn't mean I no longer need the support of the community.

AMAZING JOB! I added you as well, I have at least 100 to lose.

Can you give us a quick summary of what you have done to lose the weight?

    Diet and exercise is it.

If you go over 1 day. Does that mean you dont lose weight. Say going over 500-700 calories

my resting burn is around 1,365 cals and I workout at a very intense level. 500-700 cals over would be a lot for me. I eat around 1,525-1,730 depending on if I'm hungry during the day.

    Hi
Your yahoo beauty success story is inspiring.
I would like to ask you about the excess skin after the fat lose. I been hearing and read different stories on the web. I'm particularly asking about the arms and lower stomach area. My tummy is already overlapping and hanging. Hopefully as I lose weight, will skin be left to hang?
Thank you in advance for you insight.

I didn't really do anything specific. I gave up cheat meals for a year though.

    I don't have as much as I thought I would. I did go from a 44ddd to a 32b.
