    My current weight (as of 7/5) is 231lbs
    My goal for this week is to lose 2 lbs.
    This week I am going to focus on: getting back into a workout routine!

    I'm 23!! Oh and a nurse so have to remember to work out even on days I work!!

    My current weight (as of 7/5) is 211.2.
    My goal for this week is to lose 5-10 lbs (the number is most likely water weight, i went CRAZY this week and since yesterday ive already lost 3 lbs, so its not an actual weight loss but i still want to be 200-205 by friday)
    This week I am going to focus on: rebuilding my confidence!

    I started my weight loss at 194 at the beginning of this year. My current weight as of today is 166.9 (no I will not round up!). I am focusing on eating more veggies and working out at least 5 times this week!

    Hi everyone. My jouney is not about weight loss but overall health, solid nutrition, and getting back into an exercise routine. I hope you'll let me join anyway (even though I'll never be the biggerst loser :)

    My goal for this week is to start moving again and log 10 miles of walking/running
    This week I am going to focus on drinking more water!
