    According to my BMI, I'm now in the normal weight range for my age and height.
    I have reset my calories to Maintenance for the Summer.

    weight at end of 1st challenge 150lb aim for this challenge to get to 140lb

    Target met, now at 1st goal, starting weight 208lb 10 months ago now 139lb. final goal 134lb this will give me a safe zone to keep my BMI in the normal range, but at the moment plan to maintain loss and see how things go.

    Hello, I'd love to join this challenge... I'll be getting weighed in tomorrow (1/24/17) so I'll start then. I do want to state that on 12/4/14 I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy, due to my extreme obesity and inability to lose weight any other way. I have hit a stall in my weight loss, and want to be held accountable for my habits. By joining this challenge, I know that I'll have the accountability I need. Thanks!!!
