I'm here to join! I was doing great for a few months and I'm ready to get back in. My CW is 358. If I am successful, in January, my weight will be 298. I originally started at 410. I'm excited to be apart of this community.3

I'm going to hop in and join this. I'm doing Atkins, low carb, high fat, high protein. I'm on day six, in the induction phase. I've lost six pounds so far. My metabolism is shut down and I tried losing weight last year just by calorie counting and not concerned about carbs and I didn't lose anything. Also, I went gluten free because of an intolerance and didn't lose weight on my previous diet. We are all different and will go about it in many ways, but I wish everyone on here much success. I am definitely in! I have about 150 pounds to lose. I had lost 97 pounds a few of years ago and then foolishly gained it all back. I spent the last year really beating myself up over it and (not surprisingly) gaining more weight. This is my first real week back on track and I'm insanely motivated to lose all of this weight & keep it off. I'm late here, but would love to join as well, this will help keep my on track. I'm 5' 3", 61 years old this year and am 214 pounds, would like to weigh 140 and be healthy. I'm currently doing 45 minutes of yoga everyday and try to get an hour of walking in, hoping to increase to more cardio and weights in a few weeks.
What are the rules? Should we be posting here every week?
