    Okay I'm in. Been trying to find something to add to my workouts (right now just running and using elliptical), so this will be a great alternative! Anyone can feel free to add me as a friend too!

    In (but I've already started this week!).

    I did day 1 on Monday and the cardio was the hardest part for me. Lots of DOMS in the thighs yesterday from all the jumping, so I did some walking and yoga as a recovery day on Tuesday.

    I didn't want to face the same workout again today, so I tried Level 2. Not too terrible. Upper body was a lot harder and I couldn't do the last set of planking ab things, so I just did regular crunches.

    I love that it's only 20 minutes!

    BTW, levels I and II are available on Youtube.

    Did L1D2 yesterday, was just as killer as Monday. My shoulders and thighs were feeling it from the day before but I pushed through.

    Can def. Feel it in my abs vs. What I've been doing. :smiley:

    I was considering this on the other day when I was feeling extra low. And it sounds really good. I want to try this to get myself moving more, though I've been doing better lately :smile:

    Level 1, day 3...the DOMS are real. Not a fan of the side lunges.
