Also, shrimp cocktail with homemade cocktail sauce (just get some low sodium straight tomato sauce and horse radish mix a 2 tsp of horseradish to a can of sauce or to your taste).
Shrimp scampi however instead of using butter use Imperial spread.... only 50 cal per serving and lower in salt than reg butter or olive oil, which is twice the calories.

grillmates has a whole line of dry marinades that ar good on shrimp... either on the grill or panfried in olive oil or butter. I toss it with linguini0

Well, I boil and mix them with tomato, onions, coriander, a little bit of vinegar and salt. Tastes like ceviche (It is) but its healthy and I think its delicious0

For a filling meal of about 340 calories... shrimp,a serving of brown rice and cantina sweet and sour sauce hits the spot
