Due to being a student I have to get as much variety and nutrition from food for as little as possible due to my low budget. The list equates to about £20 a week or less (as some things are switched out or changed), though the list covers 2 weeks for about £40 though not all the items will be bought every 2 weeks. The list covers lunches and dinners, not breakfast or snacks (apart from the yogurt and fruit) as I don't eat breakfast and I don't like to pre-plan snacks prior to shopping, I like to have a little more freedom with snacks. I tend to spend an extra £5 a week on whatever snacks catch my fancy that week, though try to avoid junk food...apart from ice cream if it fits in my calorie amounts. I *kitten* love ice cream. I will never give it up (peanut butter, coffee or rum and raisin).
