Do you know what's in it? Just look up all the ingredients and add them that way.

If you know all the ingredients, then use the recipe calculator. Go to Food, then go to Recipe then enter New Recipe

On top of the save button, there is a sentence asking you whether you want to submit this recipe to tbe MFP database. Click the "yes" button, and it will be put in the database. However, if you choose "no", it is still recorded in Your Recipe Box. All you have to do just go back to recipes, and you will find all the recipes you've calculated
