Heavy kettlebell swings, turkish get-ups, and pushups (though I can't say I enjoy the pushups as I am doing them, I always feel really good afterwards).

This is how I feel about running tbh.

    Bench. Deadlift. Squat.

This, but in the appropriate order, Squat. Bench. Deadlift.

Kinda intrigued with the assisted pull up machine at the gym.. Perhaps, after a time, I'll get to the point where assistance is no longer needed ;-)

Rowing (on water), spin, cycling, other human-powered boats (for those boats with bike-type pedals and a little paddlewheel, I require an umbrella drink), rowing machine.

No. No. No. Bench first. So clean and precise and technical. It just feels amazing when it's working perfectly. Then deadlifts, because who doesn't love pulling 300+ pounds off the floor? Then squats. Just because it's the lift I struggle the most with technically. It's just never good enough for me.

I'm training for a competition, so right now, my life is Squat. Bench. Deadlift. But mostly Squat, because I also struggle with it for the same reason.
