    I'm 5'2. I go to the gym 6 days a week (weight lifting and elliptical). I've cut back on bread, rice and sweets and I drink tons of water.

    Amazing job!! Such an inspiration. I'm just (re)starting but I've never been able to lose more than 20 lbs then I yo yo it back :(
    Can I ask what your daily calories have been?

    I usually plateau around 40 pounds. I happy to see that you over came that. I will keep pushing too. Thanks for sharing.
