    I can almost smell all these foods. Its nice to see that dieting for many does not mean complete austerity. Live well, eat well, know your limits. Be healthy. I say this as I dig into a very well seasoned steak and a half portion of arepa with queso, while sipping on some quality coffee. This thread is not for those still struggling with binging urges or dont have hunger under some control. To me it seems if you are satisfied with your meal (quality) you are much more able to accept lower quantity. Eat like a King, but the amount of a princess.

    Looks like a pizza to the face. Very hungry resturaunt goer. Very Hungry. Unfortunately pizza doesnt absorb thru facial skin. She should open her mouth opening. I would know, learned the hard way. Traumatic experience. Dont ask.
