I've got a flight across the country for a wedding, and a week vacation at a beach house. despite this, i'll aim for 10lb.1 -

Ok, this is the last day before we are into the month of August. Hope everyone is emotionally ready and you've made your plans with the right food in the house. Don't forget to get in some daily exercise to help. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning. You may post if you like, but not necessary. Let's have fun while losing FIVE pounds this month.

Good morning. Weigh 154.6# today. Have had a yummy breakfast of 288cal. See if I can make it to lunch. If not, will eat a serving of fruit for a snack. Goal is to eat no more than 1200 calories each day. Choosing healthy calories that I enjoy. If I can manage to drop 5#s this month, I'll get below 150.
