I would like to join. I walked 40 minutes tonight and 5003 steps today.
Goal for the next week is to walk every day this week and 40,000 steps.1 -

I'm in. I'm so disappointed with how July went. It was better than June, but I was sick for literally almost the whole month of July, even hospitalized for a few days. And that honestly makes me feel kind of *kitten* about June, because how lazy was I that it wasn't even as good as July??

Oh, I'm so in!! Let's walk the world! Since I average 11,000 steps daily, I'll set a monthly goal of 341,000 steps for August and see if I can exceed that.
This is my first summer in torrid heat (Las Vegas by way of the Northwoods of Wisconsin), so I've been doing A LOT of Walk at Home videos and mall walking. I won't let weather beat me!2 -
