    Awesome job everyone who has lost weight for the week! If you did not lose any weight do not get discouraged keep on working hard I want us ALL to reach are goal!     Is anyone doing Macro diet plan? I started that by watching youtube videos and purchasing some apps for that. It's been good to me so far!

    Is it? I set my macros perfectly and havnt lost much weight at all. If any. My 5lb loss is between two different diets over a month and a half. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.

    i really hope this gets me motivated. I tore a calf muscle a little while back, so i havent been exercising and i havent been eating too well. Exercise motivates me to eat better, so when im not active, i tend to eat like a cow. Pleasantly surprised that i only put on 4lbs despite my pig outs!

    I am breastfeeding my baby is 4 months old and I had a C-section so really trying to get back into shape but with a 4 year old and a 4 month old along with breastfeeding and no working out for 8 weeks after baby it is very hard
