i really hope this gets me motivated. I tore a calf muscle a little while back, so i havent been exercising and i havent been eating too well. Exercise motivates me to eat better, so when im not active, i tend to eat like a cow. Pleasantly surprised that i only put on 4lbs despite my pig outs!

I'm a little disappointed in myself, I really got off track this weekend and ate/drank more than I should have. But a pound is better than nothing!
