    Friday night I went to a meeting for my kids Cub Scout pack to learn that all the parents realize I have a secret crush and they all believe my secret crush has a crush on me too! I guess not so secret anymore!

    Searching correct amount of macronutrients for save/improve muscles (47% now) but loosing fat (6.5% now, I need 5%): this I'm doing tonight.

    Well he is married and I am married. We meet for lunch at least once a week and our spouses don't know so hopefully. Based on Friday's conversations others are picking up on "sparks".
