Successes/struggles: was doing good with morning work out but last week i never heard my alarm once. So I did workout at night which put dinner at 8 to 9 at night. I just seem like i cant get my butt out of bed in the am lately.

Struggles: not happy with the weight loss! Thought I would do better. Workouts were awesome despite my plantar fasciitis. Eating was pretty good but I guess not good enough! Will try and be better at logging this week! Period is also due on Wednesday, but tired of making that excuse!0 -

Successes/struggles: I took (the person posting above me) "jtkatch's" advise yesterday to drink a lot of water, cut back on salt, to be ready for today's weigh in. I dropped 3 lbs overnight! I know it's water weight, but still, it's nice to see that low number on the scale. The challenge for me is to stick with logging. I pick and snack a lot, and as the day goes on, I slack on logging. And sometimes I just want to eat the food and not acknowledge it. Crazy I know.2 -

I am soooooo happy for you!!!! Amazing! Keep it up! I think I will now take your confession and correct myself " wanting to eat food and not acknowledge it" maybe this is my problem too and not realize it?? One or 2 pieces of mango or melon?? 2-3 cashews? Tasting the right seasoning for mashed potatoes? I guess they all add up!!! I will be more diligent in logging too!!

Successes/struggles: it's not a huge loss this week but I'm happy its something! Had so many events to attend (bridal showers etc.) Which makes it hard with all the food! But I tried my best to log everything and exercise. Going to try harder this week!

Successes/struggles: Disappointed but can't really complain much with the lack of commit and respect I had for myself this week. I'm leaving in the morning for two weeks of travel. I have prepped all my plane snacks and have on the go protein shakes packed to skip out on hotel breakfasts and fuel myself properly. Here's to another week of better choices because we are worth it.3 -

Unfortunately many prepackaged foods have a lot of salt. Try and stick to whole foods . No packaging this week. Drink lots of water to flush the system. Let's see if it makes a difference.0 -

Half a pound is ideal! You won't lose muscle, and it's real weight loss. Congrats!

Is there a way to just edit my original post that I'm missing? Or do I just copy and paste and make a new post each week? I took a break from dieting this weekend (I've been doing it for 8 weeks and have lost 8 pounds) and now I'm back on it as of yesterday. It also means I'm up .2 pounds . I think a lot of that is likely water weight though so I will hopefully be back with good news next week! I was down to 128.8 at one point last week so I'm hoping I am at least down to that again on the 8th.

Drinking 3/4 to gallon of water. Work out been great went in really sore came out feeling good great and not so sore. Fair is been great 3 days and only got corn on the cob, but all the fried food smells so good. Hoping for a good weight in!1 -

You are doing well!! Keep it up! Don't let a moment of pleasure in the lips weigh down those hips (hehe...I made that up) but seriously....don't let your hard work be derailed for a bit of pleasure! Stick to the healthier foods! Weigh in on Monday...that's 3 more days! You can do it!!!2 -
At a week long conference and food choices have been on point I'd say 70% of the time. Could do better but am feeling confident. Still making sure to get in my workout despite a limited hotel gym and busy business hours to keep. Tomorrow is another travel day so great opportunity to be prepped, avoid airport food and suck down the water!
