                    Start your 1st August with this 500km in 90 Days challenge today!! Push yourself to the limit with this challenge. I need to get focused so thought I would do this to get ready for Xmas. Who's with me? Each Day Post your total KM
You can walk or run the 50KM it roughly is about 5km a day for this, so its gonna be a challenge because we all need our rest days. Good luck everyone.

            313 miles in 90 days? Why not? I only count miles from my fitbit that are over and above 1 mile (1.6km) so gives me a harder target, but since I'm toying with the idea of an Ultra it might give me something to aim for!!
