No bar is better, only total over all diet matters not individual items.

The higher protein and fibre type will keep you fuller for longer though.

Protein bars have nothing to do with weight loss.

Agreed. I base my bar purchases on taste and protein/fiber/carb content alone. Right now my favorites are Kirkland Signature, Quest, and Muscle Pharm.

Whatever. If I was 250 lbs and losing weight on 2500 calories I'd fit me a Lenny and Larry's in there.

If you're posting things that other people have written, it would be courteous to note that. Otherwise it is as if you are presenting the content as your own work.

Any particular reason you felt like sharing this blog post with everyone?

I thought it was helpful, informative. I personally bought quest bars all the time didn't know there were better options like b-up bars until recently.

For my taste and money, nothing beats Rise Bars Almond Honey Whey bar. 20g protein, 16g fat, 13g sugar, 4 g fiber, 280 calories in a 60g bar. Three ingredients, that's it. Filling and delicious. As low as $20 a box (12) online. Besides that, I'm hooked on Epic wild game bars, also online. Try one...

I'm down 32 lbs. since February.

    That's all I got...

Oh Yeah One, Combat Crunch and Pure Protein are still my favourites. Losing weight, maintaining weight, gaining weight...whatever. I eat these instead of chocolate bars and as a very light meat eater I appreciate all that protein,

The nutrition information for Quest and B-Up Bars is virtually identical. In the context of your whole diet, it makes zero difference if one bar has another 1g of fat or fiber or whatever. Plus, you realize that the nutrition information varies by flavor, right? Not every Quest bar has 180 calories.

My absolute favorite is any of the Quest bars.
