I'm a little late to join, but I've worn my apple watch every day, so I can backtrack:
Aug 1: 2184 (.98 miles)
Aug 2: 3156 (1.48 miles)
Aug 3: 2893 (1.32 miles)
Aug 4: 5942 (2.81 miles)
I think a good goal for me is probably 6000/day to start. I'd like to shoot high for the 10000, but I'm setting myself up for failure if I do that. It's going to take effort to get to 6000. I lift heavy 3 times a week, but it doesn't involve much in the way of steps - and my cardio has somewhat tanked lately. One thing I find annoying is that bike rides don't really qualify for steps, and I've been known to ride 7-8 miles before work. Anyways...6000 is the goal. I'll bring my poke-balls with me LOL.1 -
