I'd like to join. I totally don't know if it's possible but I'm going to really give it a shot. I'd like to lose 15 pounds by 9/17 when my husband and I leave for Jamaica for a week!! I'm 5'3" and have been running for about a year and have never really lost any weight. I added weight training one day a week a couple months ago & just recently started weight training 2 days a week + running 3 days. I'm just starting to eat well this week & have been fairly successful so far. I like to drink beer and eat out = bad combination!!

Hopefully it's not too late to joint this. I've been so lazy and lost all motivation so need something to get me focused. I'm happy to lose just 10lbs over this time frame, I don't want to lose weight in an unhealthy way. but if it's more then obviously that's fine too
