    I was out of town this weekend, so i had to weigh in today. Im up a couple :( too much salty foods, but its all good. Lots of water and back on track today. I was away for a tennis tournament so i was active, just indulged a little too much!

    Today is my birthday :smile: and even though I had some gains this week I also had alot of changes. I started a new job and missed a couple of days of running. Midweek I actually had gained 4lbs and seeing that got me back on track. So I was so happy to weigh in today and to see I am back to where I wanted to be.
