How often do you log your weight?

I weigh and log every day in Libra. I log in MFP every time the trend weight seems to have stabilised. I like seeing the daily fluctuations and being able to cross reference that with what I've eaten, I think it keeps me accountable.0

I finally weighed and logged it in this morning!!1

So I log my weight daily on a personal tracker outside of MFP but I only log losses on MFP since it can be seen by others. I feel there is no need for all the daily fluctuations.0

I weigh myself and log nearly every day. If I've taken a day or two off of eating properly for loss, I don't weigh for a couple of days afterwards. This way I avoid the shock when I gain several pounds due to salt & alcohol bloat.0

I usually weigh daily, and only log a number if it stays put for 3 days.0

I weigh every day, but I only log the losses. As long as it's a downward trend I'm happy.0

I weigh and log every day, but go back and delete all entries except the 15th of every month, it's just a bit cleaner over time.0

I was doing weekly but I haven't logged recently because I was getting tired of logging all my fluctuations where on week I would lose a lb then next week gain 2 then lose 1.5 then gain .2 and so on. Once I actually start losing instead of maintaining I'll start logging again.0

Everyday. Of course, I have the fitbit scale so it does it automatically. It is annoying sometimes, because my wall is filled with losing .2 lbs or whatever in fluctuations, but it gives my weight loss history lts of info.0

I'm still trying to get the courage to weigh myself again... I used to weigh myself once, twice, twelve times a day and now I'm basically leery of the scale. I really have to get over this. Seeing that you're all pretty much doing it once a day is definitely an eye-opener. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to the old me, sort of!!!0

I weigh myself twice a day, morning and just before bedtime. I've noticed that I tend to lose weight while I sleep! I log weight daily so that I can more clearly see the pattern over time. Also because it's pretty easy - a lot easier than trying to type in all of the ingredients of whatever I threw together for a meal :P0

My husband likes to weigh every day. That drives me crazy. I only log it once a week. I try to weigh in on Monday's or Tuesday's....I might "peek" on Sunday to get an idea of how things went...but usually not beyond that.0

Unofficially: Every day. For me, it usually starts out high early in the week due to more rest and slightly higher weekend calories. Then it tends to slowly drop back down through the week before hitting a new low Saturday morning.
Officially: Weekly every Saturday morning. This is the official number that I log.0 -
Every morning when I get up for me0

I check nearly every day but only log it once in a week. It fluctuates slightly so I skip the extremes and enter an average.0 -
I weigh and log every day. I can see trends and get a better understanding of what goes wrong and what goes right.0

I only log weights from the doctor's office, and I typically go in there every couple weeks for our weight management sessions. I occasionally weigh myself at home in between, but I don't log those. Only the doc's scale is "official" lol.2

I only weigh in Monday mornings. I used to weigh in everyday which some might say is obsessive lol but whatever floats your boat? Haha0

I weigh myself every morning, but only log if it's a loss.1

On MFP I log my weight every time I lose. If it bumps up and down around that weight for a while I don't adjust for those fluctuations - as I'm also logging my daily weight on a trend graph (weightgrapher). I also report my weight every Tuesday in an accountability thread in a group I'm part of here on MFP for women over 40.1

I log daily in Libra.
If I have a loss, then I will also record it in MFP, while syncs with my Fitbit.0 -
I weigh myself most days, cos i'm obsessive lol, but i only log on here once a week, if i remember. i'm bouncing between weights just now so i'm not logging again until i break through that and start losing properly again.0

My weight syncs automatically to MFP from my Fitbit, and my Fitbit syncs automatically with my withings scale. I weigh myself daily, so I basically log my weight daily. Before getting this scale I used to log every time I reach new low, whenever it happens.0

Another daily logger - I record it in excel every day. I need to remind myself to ignore the fluctuations. I log in MFP now and then but I've turned off the alerts to my friends because it sends too many false positives.0

I'm so glad to hear fluctuations are normal!! I weigh everyday too but this morning I wish I hadn't!!0
