13lbs
Now that I'm finally taking this seriously, I am so happy with myself. I've lost 13lbs even though MFP says it's only been a few. I clearly wasn't adding in my weight gain before lol
I feel good about myself, I'm happier. With all of my medical issues its hard to lose weight, esp since I can't work out. It's all diet diet diet & it's paying off! How much have you guys lost so far?

Way to go! I'd encourage you to track your weight on the app even when it goes up! This always has helped me get a realistic picture of how hard I've worked! Those 13 pounds count! Even if you had gains during that time!1

Why does MFP think you've only lost a few lbs? If you're down 13lbs from your starting weight then it should say that, even if your weight fluctuated in between.0

Way to go! You're on the right track! I encourage you to take pictures of your progress and try not to focus so much on the scale....pictures give you a much better idea of how you're losing
I started in January and have lost 42 pounds! It's a slow process, but it's possible, keep it up!1 -
