Plenty of BCAA's in whey protein so no need to supplement it on top.

I take whey and creatine mostly.

    I use...a lot. Hair and nails, a daily multi-vitamin, a b-complex, ginko biloba, a probiotic, HTP-5, ...and...I think that's it. :)

I also drink a protein powder shake in the morning

Right now, just whey and fiber. Need to add a multivitamin with Iron though. And maybe fish oil.

    NICE!

Just don't try to "glisten" with fish oil. You might lose some friends and loved ones.

I take vitamins recommended for those who have undergone Bariatric surgery, to counteract known malabsorption issues. I take additional vitamins and minerals where blood tests indicate a deficiency.

I take a skin patch with a Bariatric vitamin formulation.

I take additional iron, B12, and Vitamin D.

My doctor says I am one of those people who never has to worry about my iron going too high.
