Go to breakfast is one piece of Ezekial bread with 1/3 of an avacado. Then 3 large egg whites.
today I made a green smoothie with lots of spinach and greens, mangos, an apple, flax and spirulina powder. Then im having 2 whole eggs with 3 egg whites!! Power breakfast.1 -
