            I was out of town this weekend, so i had to weigh in today. Im up a couple too much salty foods, but its all good. Lots of water and back on track today.  Today is my birthday and even though I had some gains this week I also had alot of changes. I started a new job and missed a couple of days of running. Midweek I actually had gained 4lbs and seeing that got me back on track.
