I'm in but just don't know if I can do it
2weeks ago, I had such a negative mindset, I believed I would not be able to lose the weight...what kept me going was my resolve to 'Never give up... no matter what I feel.'
Today I believe I can...these feelings come, and go....keep plugging away at your resolve no matter what

Hey Guys,
So I just weigh myself and I noticed I lost way too much weight this past week. I think I have to stop exercising as much and add more carbs to my diet. I really want to be in between i.e not losing too much and not gaining. This struggle is real. Lolz. Anyways thumb's up to week 2.0 -
