I'm 5"7 and currently weigh 96.5 kilos. I try to get 12000 steps a day . Confused on how much I should have

    can ramp up to 2000 cals and you will be loosing - activity levels / type of training?

    Just walk about 8000 to 12000 steps a day I'm a shift worker so struggle to get into any routine

    start at 2000, get on the scale 1 month later and evaluate from there how much the loss is - too much of a loss is not a durable results, great ego booster at the most.

    ramp it up and don't be scared about it. Some jump straight from 1 cal count to another - other ramp it up, there is no wright or wrong but definitely can eat more and still loose weight!

    I am on 1000-1200 kcal diet for 50 days now. No starving. You just need to pick the right food.

    what works for one does not necessarily works for others.
