I've been working in an office for about 5 years and it's taken a serious toll on my weight (serious to me at least). I'm 5'3" and pushing 140lbs, but I'd like to get down to 130/125. Anyone have any tips?? I'm going about 75% vegetarian and I'm just getting back to the gym seriously.

I've done office work for about 10+ years now. Just have to keep eating right and working out to avoid that office bod! I eat 1200 calories a day, (I count my macros, IE a certain number of proteins, fats and carbs) I lift heavy weight in the gym and do a small amount of cardio. Feel free to add me! I am always trying to avoid an office bod!1
