High protein/ high fiber/ low carb "oatmeal" or "rice pudding"

easiest recipe ever! Just sub your oatmeal for TVP! (Textured vegetable protein). Add a stevia or sweetener of choice and cinnamon or whatever flavors you like! You can eat it hot like oats or let it cool in the fridge like rice pudding! I added Stevia, cinnamon, cacao, cashew milk, and some salt(:

    Just rehydrate it for ten mins then microwave it like you would with oatmeal to reheat it or add berries or toppings of choice and reheat. Or reheat then add in toppings after(:
