Challenge! Someone join me!! 40 lbs in 4 months! I have a trip to Disney coming and really need to get in shape! After having 3 babies! I need it bad!!!

    I'm in. We are almost same starting weight. I also do measurements on MFP which I can post if you want. I'm currently on a low net carb diet plan to lose weight, started it two weeks ago, got a grasp last week where I finally lost weight.

    Might miss weight a couple weeks but I'll always have measurements

    I should also mention I was 115 a year ago so being back up to 180 hurts me a lot but I became ill and have spent most of 2016 in the hospital on steroids and other meds that make you gain weight (1/3 probably water weight) plus I am now paralyzed waist down and weak upper body so exercise is limited so my weight loss will be all diet. I need all the motivation I can get. Trying to get my body into ketosis as that is what the nutritionist recommended to me. If others in the group are doing low carb feel free to share ideas. Anyone here is more than welcomed to friend me.

    To the OP should we post our info in this thread starting next Monday?

    I'm in. Will post my last weight and will weigh in tomorrow on weigh day :smile: I don't need to lose an entire 40 but definitely have a long way to go. I plan to do something active every day, do yoga daily, eat less carbs and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I have been doing this for the last 2 weeks with very positive results. I wish all of you the best of luck on your weight loss journey :blush:
