    I'm a week late to this challenge, but also want to lose 40 in 4 months!

    Age: 52
    Height: 5'5"
    Starting Weight: 181
    Challenge Weight: 141
    Goal Weight: 138 (-43lbs)

    I'm trying to follow a Mediterranean style diet. I can't do very low carb, but trying to eat healthier carbs, around 100g - 150g and aiming for 100g protein (I struggle with this at times)

    I'm aiming for 14000 steps a day and some bodyweight/dumbbell workouts at home 3 times a week.

    Looking forward to getting to know you all!

    Is there an official start date/end date to this challenge? If it started on 24th August am I right in thinking the end of the challenge is Christmas Eve???!!!!!

    Wow what a typo! I an current at 240 not 140 ... I wish I was there already!!!!

    Maybe we should all set a goal for ourselves to do along with weight loss! Like a personal challenge, exercise schedule, etc
